Dominic Curcio

I tutor people in German, French, and ancient Greek. I also make history presentations for retirement communities. Over 40% of Nebraskans have German ancestry, so people like learning about their roots when I tell them about German history. Germanic people were the longest-standing rival to Rome and they eventually conquered Rome and carried the torch of western tradition. Some local Christians are interested in ancient Greek tutoring because some things are lost in translation. Like how the three wise men in the nativity story did not come from the east, but from Anatolia. Or the literary elements of the Our Father that do not translate well.
